Ingredients
3 lbs. skinless chicken (thighs, wings, your choice)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp ground ginger
10 cloves garlic
1/2 white onion
10-12 whole peppercorns
2 Tbsp olive oil
5 bay leaves
 
1 cup water

Instructions
Add olive oil to large cooking pot. Stir fry ginger, garlic, and onion in that order.
Add chicken, water, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar in medium heat. Let broil until chicken is cooked.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with steamed rice
