Season the chicken with salt. Dip in flour. Mix the wine and beaten egg together and dip the chicken in this mixture. Finally, dip the chicken in the Italian bread crumbs.
Saute in olive oil until golden brown. In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth with garlic, mushrooms and broccoli; bring to a boil. Place chicken in a large baking dish and put 1 slice of cheese on top of each breast. Cover with the sauce and vegetables.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
