Salt and pepper wing pieces. Put some flour in a
bag and place wings in bag. Shake to coat well.
Meanwhile, make sauce by mixing hot sauce and butter
in a saucepan. Simmer 5 min.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or Dutch oven. Fry wings a
few at a time until done, about 7-10 min.
Drain wings on paper, put in a bowl, and toss with
wing sauce.

Serve with bleu cheese and celery.
