     Mushroom Covered Roast Beef

Ingredients
1 lb carton sliced fresh mushrooms, stemmed
2 - 3 lb chuck roast
12 oz bottle beer
1 oz pkt onion soup mix
 
Instructions
Place mushrooms in bottom of sprayed slow cooker and place roast on top. Pour beer into slow cooker and sprinkle mix on top.
Covr and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until meat falls apart.
