Mix Bisquik, sugar and milk. Roll 1/2 inch thick. spread with butter and cover with sliced apples and brown sugar. Roll like jelly roll. cut into 6 equal slices. Place into buttered pan and cover with sauce.
Sauce-
Mix sugar,salt and hot water. Let come to a boil. Mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water. Add to hot mixture with butter and cook 3-5 min. Add vanilla.
Bake 350 for 35 min,
