     Creamy Avacado-Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped avacados
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (19 oz) black beans, rinsed
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen corn, thawed
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
 
Wheat Things / Scoops or other crackers for serving

Instructions
Mash avacados in large bowl; stir in sour cream, lime juice, cumin and salt.
Add all remaining ingredients except crackers; mix well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
This deip can be prepared 24 hours in advance. Press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip, then refrigerate. Stir well before serving.
