     Chile Con Queso

Servings   2 cups

Ingredients
1 c Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces
1 c grated sharp cheddar
1/2 c heavy cream
1 T minced jalapeno
1/4 c minced tomato
 

Instructions
Combine the cheeses in the mircowave or a crockpot until the cheeses melt.
Add the cream and stir until smooth. Add the other ingredients and stir well.
Keep leftover dip covered in the refirgerator and reheat as needed.
Can all Rotel or 2 c salsa for a variation.
