Salt and pepper pork. Place in crock pot. Pour Liquid Smoke over the pork. Add garlic cloves and water. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low 8-9 hours. Take a fork and shred pork. Add your favorite barbeque sauce and serve on buns.
