10 medium potatoes-mashed
4 tbs butter
1 pt. sour cream (light)
2/3 miced onions
salt to taste
 
Instructions
mix-beat until fluffy
bake in a 9x13 pan
top with onion rings til last 10 min. bake at 350 degrees 45 min.
