     Metal Mouth Smoothie

Ingredients
1 pint of strawberries [depends on size]
1 5.3 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt [I like Dannon's or Fage]
1 medium mango
juice of half a lemon
10 - 15 ice cubes [your pref]
1 scoop of whey protein
1/4 cup almond milk
1 squirt of honey
4 - 8 packets of sugar substitute like Truvia by taste
 

Instructions
clean all fruit and add to blender with all ingredients except sweetner & ice. blend for at least two minutes.
based on thickness - add 5 to 10 ice cubes. blend & taste for sweetness. Add Truvia if needed. Add more ice if you want less thickness.
Drink & enjoy
