Ingredients
1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
2 cups mixed berries, frozen or fresh
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt •
1/4 cup quick oats
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp milled flaxseed •
• 1 tbsp wheat germ
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
ice cubes
 

Instructions
Mix all in blender. Serve.
