Ingredients
1 lb dried pinto peans, soaked overnight in water and drained
4 c fresh water
1 large onion, chopped
14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t chili powder
1/4 lb lean ham, chopped
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on high 2 hours. Reduce heat. Cook on low 8 hours. mm
