     stuffed cheddar burger

Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 dry breadcrumbs
1 small onion grated
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb ( 500gm) beef
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
 
5 buns
Instructions
whisk together all ingredients starting with egg and water.
shape into five balls. make a well in each. fill with 1/5 of the cheese. press meet over to enclose, press into patties
grill on greased grill on med-high heat turning once for about 15 min.
