     Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients
6-7 cups potatoes, sliced
1 cup onions, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c wate
1/4 c sugar
2 T quick cooking tapioca
1 t salt
1 t celery seed
1/4 t black pepper
 
6 slices bacon, cookedand crumbled
1/4 c fresh parsley
Instructions
Combine potatoes, onions, and celery in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine water, vingear, sugar, tapioca, salt, celery seed, and black pepper.
Pour over potatoes. Mix together gently.
Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Stir in bacon and parsley just before serving.
