     Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1 baked 9 inch pastry shell
8 slices bacon
3 eggs, slighty beaten
1 c sour cream
1/4 t salt
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 c Swiss cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
3 1/2 oz can French fried onions
pinch of each mustard, nutmeg, pepper, parsley
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 300. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble coarsely.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, salt, Worcesterhsire sauce, cheese, onions and seasonings.
Add crumbled bacon. Pour into shell.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
