     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
BASE-
6 c sweet potatoes or 2 (20 oz) cans, drained
1 c sugar
1 c milk
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter
 
TOPPING-
1 c brown sugar
2 c chopped pecans
2/3 c flour
2/3 stick butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix base ingredients in food processor or mixer. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
In separate bowl, cut Topping ingredients together until crumbly. Spring topping on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake 30 mins, until golden and crispy.
