     English Toffee

Ingredients
1 c sugar
2 cubes butter
1/4 c water
1/4 c almonds, chopped
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
 

Instructions
Mix sugar, butter, and water in pan. Boil 3 mins with lid on. Take lid off, continue cooking on high, and add almonds. When it starts to thicken, turn down to medium heat. When it starts to brown, pour into a 9x9 inch buttered pan. Frost with melted semi-sweet chocolate. Sprinkle with more chopped almonds.
