Combine oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce; set aside. Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil and coat wok. Add egg, scramble, and remove. Set aside. Stir-fry onions until translucent. Add meat and frozen diced vegetables. Heat until cooked. Stir in rice and sauce mixture. Mix well. Stir until heated throughout.
