Place defrosted meat in a medium sized bowl. Knead the meat with your hands. Mix in soy sauce, garlic powder or crushed garlic, salt, pepper. Apply rub or grill seasoning to taste.
Form them in round balls about 1 1/2 inches high and 3 inches length wise. With a spatula flatten the top of the burger, making it easier to thoroughly cook.
Place on grill (George Foreman's work great!) and let cook. When almost done add cheese. Grill or toast hamburger buns and you are done! Easy, Fast, and healthier!
