     One Pot Chicken

Ingredients
1 Chicken in pieces (8 pieces)
Olive Oil for frying
2 Onions, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 cans (410g each) chopped Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Thyme, chopped
2 cups (500ml) Chicken Stock
Salt and milled Pepper
1 cup (250ml) Tastic Rice
 
½ tsp (3m) ground Cinnamon
1 tsp (5ml) Cayenne Pepper
¼ Cabbage, shredded
1 packet (300g) Green Beans

Instructions
Brown chicken in oil. Add onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes more.
Add tomatoes, stock and thyme and season. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add rice and spices and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook covered for 10 minutes, then serve.
Serving Suggestions
More vegetables can be added.
