     Asian Marinated Pork

Ingredients
Boneless pork neck, shoulder or leg
½ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup honey
Juice and grated peel of an Orange
Few tablespoons crushed Garlic
Grated Ginger
Cinnamon stick
3 star Anise
Black Pepper
 

Instructions
Mix marinade in zip bag. Place whole pork neck in bag and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours.
Place pork in roasting pan, season and cook for 30 minutes for each 500g (eg- 1½ hours for 1.5kg) at 200°C, basting frequently.
Allow to rest and serve sliced and drizzled with pan juices.
