     Warm Italian Pasta

Ingredients
8 oz Whole Wheat Medium Shells Pasta
2 Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Sausage, sliced
2 Roma Tomatoes, medium diced
4 oz Fresh Mozzerlla, medium cubed
3 Tbl Roasted Pine Nuts
bunch basil, chiffonade
Small Can medium Whole Black Olives
2 Tbl Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 c E.V.O.O.
 
2 tsp Brown Mustard

Instructions
Cook Pasta as directed. In Saute Pan, brown garlic and sausage in 1/2 the oil.
Add balsamic and mustard. Let cook 5 minutes.
In a seperate bowl add pasta, tomatoes, mozzerella, olives, basil.
Pour sausage mixture over top. Toss well. Add additional oil if needed. Top with pinenuts and serve.
