     Christmas Morning Breakfast

Ingredients
bread, crusts off (approx 3/4 loaf)
ham, approx 3/4 of a small pre-cooked ham
cheese (cheddar, etc) shredded (1/2 to 3/4 of block)
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 to 1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup green pepper, diced (optional)
 
1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups whole milk (could probably use lower fat)
dash of tobasco sauce
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Instructions
Rip up the bread into pieces and make a layer in a greased 9X13 pan. Then layer on the chopped up ham and a layer of the shredded cheese. Top with another layer of ripped up bread pieces.
Combine the other ingredients from eggs to tobasco and pour over the bread/ham/cheese layers. Cover and let stand overnight.
In the morning, mix the crushed Corn Flakes and melted butter and spread on top of bread in the pan. Bake for 1.5 hours at 350F -- possibly a little longer (check that eggs have set).
