     Egg Roll Up

Ingredients
margarine or butter
4 eggs
1 Tbl water
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbl flour
 
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients but the butter. Beat well.
Heat enough butter to coat an 8 inch skillet generously. When it starts to bubble, pour in the egg mixture. DO NOT stir. Cook over low heat, covered
Remove from heat when done. Spread with jelly or ham and roll jelly roll fashion. Split in half and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
