     Penne Pomodoro Style

Ingredients
16 oz Mueller's Penne Rigate
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 to 2 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil or 2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
 

Instructions
Cook Penne Rigate according to package directions. Drain, cover and set aside.
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add tomatoes, basil, garlic and chicken broth; simmer for 2 minutes.
Toss hot pasta with sauce; mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
