2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated reduced fat cresent roll dough
Instructions
In a medium frying pan, over medium heat, slowly cook and stir chicken
cubes, shallots and garlic. Cook until chicken is lighlty browned. In
a medium bowl, blend chicken mixture, cream cheese, lemon zest and
pimento until creamy.
Preheat oven to 325. Unroll croissants and cut each triangle in half to
create 16 rectangles. Place a rounded teaspoon of chicken mixture on
each rectangle. Fold and pinch dough into balls. Arrange balls on a
lrg baking stone. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden
brown
