Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in Crock Pot.
In small bowl, combine the orange juice concentrate, honey, basil and garlic. Add the peppers, zucchini and pineapple chunks to crock pot and pour orange juice sauce over all ingredients.
Cover- cook on low 6 to 8 hours ( or on High 3 to 4).
Serve over fluffy white rice.
