     Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 C.Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 sticks of melted margarine
4Tbs. cocoa
1 C. water
 
1/2 C. Butter milk (1/2c. milk and 1tsp vinegar)
1Tbs. vanilla
2 eggs
FROSTING-
1 stick margarine
6Tbs buttermilk ( 6Tmilk 1tsp vinegar)
4Tbs cocoa
2 C. powdered sugar (Laura uses 3 3/4 cups)
1tsp. vanilla and 1cup chopped nuts if desired

Instructions
Sift together first four ingredients
Boil next 3 ingredients and pour over first five dry ingredients. Then stir well
Add next three ingredients and beat. Bake in jelly roll pan with 1 inch sides at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
Frosting- Melt margarine, buttermilk and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat until creamy. Spread on cake while hot.
