Ingredients
9 in baked pie shell
3/4 cup lite brownn sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Instructions
combine sugar cornstarch salt. whisk in 1/2 cup evaporated milk and then egg yolks. whisk in the rest of the milk. cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. make meringue from egg whites . cover pie with it and brown in oven.
