1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 can french fried onions divided
Instructions
cook spaghetti, beat egg in med bowl add sour cream,parmeson, garlic powder. drain spaghetti add to egg mixture with monterey jack cheese, spinach 1/2 of onions.
pour into a greased 2 qt baking dish. cover and bake at 350 for 30 min. top with remaining onions, heat for 5 more min. or until onions are golden brown
