|
Place pork in baking dish or slow cooker. Stab meat w/ 5 think long slats. Rub with sea salt and get into cuts.

Top w/ sliced onion, sliced banana w/ skin, and pour liquid smoke over top. Fill bakng dish w/ a little water.

|
Cover tightly with foil. Cook at 275 for about 4 hours
|
|
|
remove banana, throw away. Cut onion while shredding pork. Save juices. Serve over rice!
