2 c. all-purpose flour
|
|
1 t. soda
|
|
1/2 t. salt
|
|
1/2 t. cinnamon
|
|
1 c. butter, softened
|
|
3/4 c. sugar
|
|
2 eggs
|
|
1 c. mashed bananas
|
|
1/2 c. sour cream
|
|
|
|
1 c. fresh blueberries
|
|
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour large loaf
pan. Sift together flour, soda, salt & cinnamon.
|
|
|
In large bowl, cream butter & sugar until light and
fluffy. Add eggs, bananas, and sour cream and blend.
|
|
|
Gradually add dry ingredients on low speed and beat
just until smooth. Fold in blueberries (and pecans
if desired).
|
|
|
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool completely
in pan.
