     Sour Cream Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. sour cream
 
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour large loaf pan. Sift together flour, soda, salt & cinnamon.
In large bowl, cream butter & sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, bananas, and sour cream and blend.
Gradually add dry ingredients on low speed and beat just until smooth. Fold in blueberries (and pecans if desired).
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool completely in pan.
