1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent rolls

3 eggs

2 tbsp milk
|
|
1/8 tsp pepper
|

2 cups fully cooked ham, finely chopped

1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
|

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
|
|
2 cups cooked, chopped ham
|

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese flavored bread crumbs
|

1/4 cup melted butter
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a large pot of water, and bring to boil.
|

|
Boil until slightly tender, about 12 minutes. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
|
|
|
Mix sour cream, butter, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, green onions, ham, salt and pepper with the potatoes.
|
|
|
Spread mixture in a greased 9in x 13in baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake 30 minutes.
