     Linguine w/Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1 (6.5 oz) can minced clams, with juice
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Ground black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 (16 oz) pkg linguine pasta
 

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Combine clams with juice, butter, vegetable oil, minced garlic, parsley, basil, and pepper in a large saucepan. Place over medium heat until boiling. Serve over warm pasta.
