     Tomatoes and Artichokes

Ingredients
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tb. finely chopped shallots
4 tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tb. sugar
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Drain tomatoes, artichokes, and quarter. Saute onions and shallots in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, artichokes, basil. Heat 2-3 minutes. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Place in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
