Drain tomatoes, artichokes, and quarter. Saute onions and shallots
in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, artichokes, basil. Heat 2-3
minutes. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Place in 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
