     Rum Cake

Ingredients
1 package Golden Butter Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
1 package vanilla instant pudding (dry)
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Grease bundt pan. Place 1 cup chopped pecans in pan. Pour mixture over nuts and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
Topping for Rum Cake- 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring Bring mixture to a boil and cook 3 minutes. When cake is finished, leave in pan and pour hot topping over cake. Let set in pan for 30 minutes, then turn onto cake plate and serve.
This is Soooo good – really moist and rich!
