     Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
 
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular cake pan. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water, batter will be thin. Pour into pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and frost.
For Perfectly Chocolate Frosting, melt 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Stir in 2/3 cup cocoa. Alternately add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1/3 cup milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk of needed. Stir in vanilla.
