Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs and milk
together. Add nutmeg, sugar, and salt. Whisk until
sugar is dissolved. Add Vanilla
|

Add rice and raisins to egg mixture. mix well. Pour
into lightly greased custard cups.
|
|
|
Place custard cups in a 9 x 12 in. pan. Add enough
hot water to pan to come halfway up sides of custard
cups.
|
|
|
Bake for 40 minutes or until set around edges. Let
stand in hot water to keep warm or remove to cool
before serving.
