     Mozzarella Marinara

Ingredients
1 lb mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup Parmesan
Marinara Sauce
 
Instructions
To Prep- Slice Cheese into 1/2 inch slices. Dip Cheese into egg then into Parmesan, then freeze
To Cook- Place on baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes Flip and broil until brown.
Serve with marinara sauce
