Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and pudding.
Pour into greased baking dish, 9x13. Sprinkle with sugar, chocolate chips and pecans (if using. Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out of center clean. Let cool before cutting.
