2 STALKS CELERY,TRIMMED AND CHOPPED
1 LARGE PARSNIP,PEELD AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED
CAN WATTIES MINESTRONE SOUP
 

Instructions
CUT THE MEAT INTO LARGE 3CM PIECES AND TOSS INTHE SEASONED FLOUR
HEAT THE OIL IN A LARGE LIDDED PAN AND BROWN THE MEAT PIECES ON ALL SIDES
ADD BEER AND SIMMER QUICKLY,UNCOVERED FOR 5MIN.
ADD THE ONION,CARROT,CELERY,PARSNIP AND MINESTRONE SOUP AND BRING TO A SIMMER.COVER AND SIMMER GENTLY FOR 1/4 HOURUNTIL TENDER.
Serving Suggestions
ADDING A COUPLE OF RASHERS OF BACON AND 200G MUSHROOMS WILL CREATE A FABULOUS VARIATION
