     Mom's Yummy Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups Bisquick
1 cup Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4oz)
2/3 whole cup milk
sheet of parchment or wax paper
flour
not to shabby with a few peices of lefotver ham added at the same time as the cheese either
you could need a tad more milk if you add ham
 

Instructions
Preheat oven at 375°. Put Bisquick and cheese in a bowl, mix thoroughly with hands. Fold milk into mixture from middle a little at a time.
Put thin layer of flour on parchment or wax paper. Flatten mixture with rolling pin or fingers to about 1 in. thick. Do not 'play' (i.e. knead, roll, etc) with the mixture too much your biscuits will be touch. Cookie cut out biscuits (or a small glass will do). Place on a cookie sheet OR spoon dough into round cast iron pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
