Put thin layer of flour on parchment or wax paper. Flatten mixture with rolling pin or fingers to about 1 in. thick. Do not 'play' (i.e. knead, roll, etc) with the mixture too much your biscuits will be touch. Cookie cut out biscuits (or a small glass will do). Place on a cookie sheet OR spoon dough into round cast iron pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
