Instructions |

|
Compine butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk in a two quart size saucepan until it comes to a boil.
|

|
|
Boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
|
|
|
|
Add peanut butter, oatmeal, and vanilla.
|
|
|
|
Mix until peanut butter is melted. Drop by tablespoon onto wax paper.
