Place mincemeat and onions in a frying pan and brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for half an hour. Season to taste.
I have modified this recipe to suit my family tastes. Very popular with teenagers. The original recipe was for 1/2 can tomato soup and 1/2 can corn kernels and no creamed corn.
