     Banana Oatmeal Drop Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
1 3/4 c quick oats
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
 
1 c mashed banana
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Grease cookie sheet
Mix
Drop by Tbs 2 in apart. Bake 12 to 15 mins.
