     Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
Salt
yoghurt
Ginger Garlic Paste
Lime Juice
Pepper Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Kasuri Methi
Garam Masala
Cumin powder
 
Coriander Powder
Turmeric
Red Color
Chicken
Oil

Instructions
Make slits in Chicken pieces.
Salt,Chilli Powder, Lemon. rub marination into cut slits
Take 1 tbsp yoghurt for each piece and mix all ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 400-450 F. Make a platform using carrots,cucumber. Place chicken slits on top. Cook for 30-35 min
Serving Suggestions
Sprinkle chaat masala, lemon juice, onions
