Cut pheasant into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Cut bacon strips into halves or thirds, depending on the size of the pheasant pieces.

Wrap a piece of bacon around each pheasant piece. Secure with a toothpick.

|
Grill over medium heat until bacon is crisp and pheasant is thoroughly cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Can be made in the oven. Place pieces on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.
