Slice bread into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices. Dredge bottom of bread slices in olive oil.

Spread a layer of pesto on top of bread. Add a slice of tomato to each slice. Top with shredded or sliced mozzarella.
|
|
|
Broil or bake just until cheese melts and bruschetta is warmed throughout.
|
|
|
Serve as an appetizer or main course.
