In a small bowl, with a fork, mix the feta lemon juice and oregano until smooth.
Pound each chicken breast to 1/2 inch thickness with mallet or rolling pin.
With a knife or spatula spread cheese mixture over each breast half to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Fold each breast in half crosswise and secure with a toothpick.
