     Roasted Olives

Ingredients
2 cup black olives
2 cup green olives
2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp Herbes de Provence
10 whole garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 tsp black pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay out all the ingredients on a sheet pan and toss to combine. Roast the mixture in the oven for 15-20 mins or until the tomatoes are shriveled and lightly browned. Cool mixture on the sheet pan. Serve at room temperature.
